Needed an emergency dental appointment and sent a request Sunday evening. Jane was calling me first thing Monday morning, even before they officially opened. She got me booked in the same day. Saw Danielle, my dentist, and we put a clear plan in place going forward. All-round great experience as usual — friendly, professional, and really reassuring when you need urgent care.

I appreciate that this might sound strange, but I actually enjoy visiting the dentist at the Kimbolton Dental Practice. The receptionists are always pleasant, welcoming and efficient. As for the dental team, both dentists and dental surgery assistants are actually fun, together with being careful to explain everything that they intend to do and what they expect from us as patients in return: i.e. clean better etc. You actually feel that you are being treated as a person and that has become increasingly rare in this day and age. So, if you are looking for a professional, kind and caring team, the Kimbolton Practice cannot be too highly recommended.

As soon as I walked into the room, my dentist asked how I was, and instead of giving the usual “I’m fine,” I answered honestly. What followed was so much more than a dental appointment. He listened with kindness, offered thoughtful guidance, and made me feel genuinely heard. I left feeling noticeably lighter after sharing what had been going on. As a therapist myself, it was a strange but wonderful feeling to walk out feeling like I’d just had therapy. His compassion, empathy, and ability to put people at ease are truly special. I’m incredibly grateful.
